My name is Jackie and I have been in the dental field for 27 years. I moved to Houston in 2002 and was hired by Dr Williams’ office in 2003 where I started as a registered dental assistant and later became his office manager. I have been married for 23 years and I have a 10 year old son, Tony, who is my life. I love the dental field and take it very seriously to create, educate and bond with all of our patients, promoting healthy smiles along with Dr. Williams. I work out of my home predominantly but am available to any of our patients who need me. The staff at Dr. Williams office takes great pride being the best we can be and we surround ourselves with best personnel. For my patients that I have already created a bond with, I thank you for many years of smiles. To our new patients, I look forward to helping make your dental experience the best it can be.

| I have been in Dentistry for 18 years where I started as an Assistant in 1991 and later making a move to the administrative office in 1996. I have now been a part of Dr. Williams staff since 2006 as his financial coordinator. I enjoy fishing in my free time. |

| Mandy Nicole Giuffre graduated in June of 2002 from Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio with her Associate degree in Applied Science/ Dental Hygiene. Mandy grew up in Ohio and shortly after graduation moved to Houston, TX to be with her sister and niece and to get away from cold snowy winters. She married Craig and they are expecting their first child in late August 2009. They have 2 Siberian Huskies and a Black Lab that they love to go for long walks despite the Houston heat. |

| Hi my name is Chris. I have just moved to the Houston area from NM, where I lived for 16 years. I graduated from San Juan College in 2004. I have been married for 14 years and have two wonderful children. I am also a big animal lover. We have three large dogs and one small cat. I look forward to many years with you all. |

| Chandra, RDA |
| Chandra L. Robinson has resided in Cypress, TX since 1990. She graduated from Cy-Fair high school in 1992 and later went on to obtain a rewarding career as a Dental Assistant with the goals of both professional and personal growth. Chandra has worked with Dr. Williams office for a year as an assistant. She completed her Dental Assistant training from Astrodome Dental Career Centers in 1992. Although she is trained in Cerec, she also holds certifications in nitrous oxide monitoring, CPR, and radiographs. Chandra is currently attending Letourneau University with the hopes of pursuing her Bachelors of Indiscrimanary Education. |

| One of our newest members, Lillian Trahan is a certified Dental Assistant. She attended Louisiana State University and has been in the dental field over 17 years. She previously worked with Dr. Williams and has returned to join their excellent professional team. She looks forward to acquiring the necessary certifications in the state of Texas to continue her career. Lillian is a devoted mother of 3 sons Paul Jr., Aaron, and Chance. She is considerate and compassionate about her job. In her spare time, you will find her volunteering and serving her community. She also enjoys boating, fishing cooking, and gardening. Lillian will make you feel comfortable during your treatment and is very knowledgeable about all procedures performed. |

| I am new to Dr. Williams practice. As the Hygiene coordinator my background in the insurance field of 30 years will be a benefit in working with patients and customer service. I am looking forward to the new challenge. In my free time in enjoy spending time with my family especially my grandchildren. |
